Tarareando All She Wrote de Default

Aprovechando el anuncio de la publicación de un nuevo disco de Default, recuperamos para tararear uno de los mejores temas de la banda canadiense, All She Wrote.

Después del éxito de su primer trabajo The Fallout y su sencillo Wasting My Time, el grupo liderado por Dallas Smith publicó a finales de 2003 el álbum Elocation. Este disco no llegó a tener tanta repercusión como el primero, ni se acercó. Las críticas no fueron demasiado buenas, basándose sobretodo en la comercialidad de la propuesta y la poca originalidad de su sonido.

Elocation contó con la producción de Chad Kroeger, el líder de Nickelback y descubridor de Default, y del prolífico Butch Walker. Precisamente Walker firmaba la coautoría del tema que hoy presentamos. All She Wrote prácticamente pasó desapercibido en su momento, presentado como tercer sencillo, cuando los otros dos que le precedieron, (Taking My) Life Away y Throw It All Away, apenas consiguieron hacerse un hueco.

En cualquier caso, All She Wrote es una magnífica balada que habla de dolor y de pérdida y puede considerarse como uno de los pocos detalles salvables de ese Elocation. A continuación el tema y la letra:
